Our training sessions are 1 hour long and divided into three phases:
Phase 1: Focuses on speed, agility, and plyometrics for 10-15 minutes. This phase helps them increase their speed, agility, and jumping ability
Phase 2: Is a strength circuit where our athletes will perform a total body workout to build strength and explosiveness.
Phase 3: Is a combination of a burnout, some core work, and mobility. The last phase is designed to challenge our athletes mentally and physically.
We believe that all 3 phases work in synergy to create the most optimal training session any athlete can experience.
