What Are The Sessions Like?
Our training sessions are 1 hour long and divided into three phases:

Phase 1: Focuses on speed, agility, and plyometrics for 10-15 minutes. This phase helps them increase their speed, agility, and jumping ability

Phase 2: Is a strength circuit where our athletes will perform a total body workout to build strength and explosiveness.

Phase 3: Is a combination of a burnout, some core work, and mobility. The last phase is designed to challenge our athletes mentally and physically.

We believe that all 3 phases work in synergy to create the most optimal training session any athlete can experience.
Do You Work With Beginners?
Yes! There’s kids in our program who have been training with us for years and there’s also kids who are training for the first time ever. So it doesn’t matter where they are, we’re prepared to help them.
Do You Make Modifications?
Yes! Our coaches will make modifications for athlete’s depending on their specific needs. So your child will never be performing an exercise that is not right or safe for them.
Will There Be Someone Coaching My Child During The Sessions?
Yes! We have 1-3 coaches during each session. Our coaches are there to instruct the athletes throughout the whole session and to make sure they’re doing everything with perfect form. It’s a VERY hands on experience, so your child will never feel alone and will always be supervised.
Does My Child Need To Play A Sport To Join?
No! There's tons of kids in our program who do not play a sport but their parents want them to be active and challenged physically/mentally.
Does My Free Training Pass Expire?
Yes. Your free training session must be completed within 1 week of receiving your free training pass. There is no exceptions! 

Can I Bring A Friend?
Yes! Just please notify us beforehand on how many friends you are bringing.

How Long Is The Training Session?
Each training session is 1 Hour long.

What Do I Need To Bring?
We recommend wearing athletic clothes and shoes if possible. We provide water, towels, and restrooms.
